River
Road
Corporate
Centré
opened in 1971
as a Training and Office facility for the Eastman Kodak Company.
Situated on 150±
acres of gently rolling topography along the Genesee River,
the campus consists of four interconnected buildings totaling
381,000± square feet of space. The campus was designed
to allow for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Illustrating
this point are the large open floor plans, demountable partitions
for quick reconfiguration of space, 42' column spacing, and floor
to ceiling windows that are found throughout the campus. Complementing
this flexibility are a number of unique elements such as an auditorium with
tiered seating for 114, four seminar rooms with tiered seating
for 24 each, and the Events Building which has tiered seating
for approximately 450 overlooking the river's edge by way of
24' x100' glass wall.
